Problem:The Menomonie area Chamber of Commerce wanted a fun, quirky design to promote its summer sidewalk art tour which would be quickly recognizable in store windows.
Concept:The concept was to juxtapose ideas of soul and spirit in Menomonie with elements of something food related, but not necessarily food. The logo of the duck wearing a bib won out because of many different ideas that could spawn from the design. Example: placing duck footprints on the ground to help navigate people down the sidewalks.
